These Terms govern your use of the Settlements mobile application, website, and related services operated by Vorb s.r.o. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding your account, and activity under your credentials.
2. Settlement information
We organize information from public and third-party sources. Cases, deadlines, eligibility rules, claim links, payout estimates, and status information may change or contain errors. You must review the official notice and administrator website before acting. Only the official administrator or court determines eligibility, claim validity, and payment.
3. No guarantee of eligibility or payment
Estimates are illustrative, not promises. Using the app does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship and does not guarantee that you qualify, that a claim will be accepted, or that you will receive money.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape it at scale, submit false claims, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and Apple billing
Paid features, prices, and billing periods are disclosed before purchase. Apple processes iOS payments. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund requests are governed by Apple’s policies. Deleting the app or your Settlements account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
6. Third-party services
The service may link to official administrators, courts, Apple, and other third parties. We do not control their availability, content, decisions, security, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Settlements service, design, software, and original content belong to Vorb s.r.o. or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use and no ownership rights.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorb s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, missed deadlines, rejected claims, or third-party conduct arising from your use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts in Prague, Czech Republic will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
12. Changes and contact
